Shipping 

We aim to have your order packed and dispatched as soon as possible. Pieces available immediately are typically dispatched within 24 hours of your order. 

Made to order items have a 2-6 week lead time. Our customer care team will contact you with the expected timeline of your order. Once your order is placed you will receive an email with a timeline of the production and delivery of your order. When your order is ready, we will notify you with the estimated delivery window and tracking information. 

Every shipment is delivered securely via Royal Mail or DPD. 



Exchanges and Returns

We de hope you will be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Sterling Pet. 

Every order is made by hand with care and love. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your pieces, you have 14 days from the date your order was delivered to exchange or return it. Please note, our made to order pieces are non returnable and refundable. 

Please ensure all items are returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached in their original packaging. A sale will be deemed final if the item is used or incomplete.

Upon return, all products are inspected by our team before granting a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without refund.
